Combine variant spellings?

The WP:DAB policy encourages the combining of variant spellings or capitalizations in a single disambiguation article. In the case of this subject, Frederica, the variants include Federica, Frederika, Fredrica, Fredrika, Friederike, and the list at Princess Frederica. Would it make sense to combine them all in a single article? At what point do we stop including individuals with the same given name? P.P.S. ~~I think we need the article Frederica (given name) for a start.~~ Variant spellings of the name could all go under that heading.
