[edit]According to Manhattan Certificate of Death number 16491, his name was "Frederick Warde", usual residence was "40 East 54th", mother was "Hall", and his date of birth was "7-29-1894". According to Form 7202 U.S. Veterans Bureau, his name was "Warde Arthur Frederique" and was born "7-29-94". According to his Form I Registration Card (World War I Draft Card), his name was "Arthur F Warde", was born "July 29, 1894" in "Wells, Minn USA" and he was working for "Southern Pacific Co". Military service
