Copyright violations ?

Earwigs CopyVio Detector shows 85% of the article came from another website - see:[1]. The other website has a copyright notification of 2021, not sure if this is some sort of Wikipedia mirror site and the c 2021 is a glitch, or if 85% of this article has been copied word for word.
