The Dictonary of National Biography calls him Fraser Frisell, but other sources name him as John Fraser Frisell - Alger (1889) writes of him as Fraser Frisell but he is listed as J. Fraser Frisell in the index, and as John Fraser Frisell in his 1904 book Napoleon's British Visitors and Captives, 1801-1815 (page.116) {Link}.
