So uh..

How comes the Requiem article says Sussmeyer was not his student but this one does?

Freemasonry = commissioning fake work?

Quoting - "A Freemason and amateur musician, Walsegg had a penchant for commissioning works from composers of the day and then passing them off as his own in private performances."

This implies that together with being an amateur musician, his being a Freemason was reason for commissioning music and passing it off as his own.

Is there any proof of this? If so, please state the connection. If not, the fact he was a Freemason ought to be mentioned seperately. 2.55.179.108 (talk) 00:36, 23 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
