Added one external link after the fact. This does not cover all the facts in text. FloNight talk 23:24, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Frankly, I wonder whether the article is notable enough for English Wiki. The person is real, the event made a brief splash in Czech media, had shown something is rotten in Catholic church structures in the Czech Republic but the article is extremnely poor and doesn't explain anything. It was added here by person who has quite striong opinions against the church and participates in frequent wars on Czech Wiki (because of this). Pavel Vozenilek 18:02, 15 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
If what you are saying is true, shouldn't the article be expanded? -- JJay 00:40, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Restored my comment and put comments in order by timestamp.

It needs to be expanded or removed. I looked for sources and found the one. It does cover the fact about the prision sentences. I hope that someone with access to more newspapers and knows where to look will find something. Otherwise, we have an article about a living person with serious criminal claims and weak sources. Not a good combination. FloNight talk 03:15, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Restored comment- I see no reason for its removal:

I've found various articles, this is from the Prague Post [1]. There is also the page in the Czeck wiki [2] -- JJay 03:20, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There's only handful of Czech editors and they have much more important things to do than cover a bad priest. Pavel Vozenilek 03:29, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Well, it is encyclopedic information. And since JJay found more references, we can expand it. JJay are you going to expand it? FloNight talk 03:35, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Maybe. Although I am somewhat troubled by Pavel Vozenilek's removal of our comments. [3] -- JJay 03:40, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
You must have edited at the same as me. Pavel Vozenilek 04:48, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
See diff above in previous comment. -- JJay 04:49, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the {{prod}} tag. I think the article should be kept (or at the very least merged and redirected to Roman Catholic Church sex abuse scandal) as a non-North American example for the church sex abuse scandal. Kusma (討論) 04:00, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to merge, the target should be Cases of child sexual abuse in the Roman Catholic Church. Kusma (討論) 04:01, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
JJay, thank you for pointing out the removal of my comments. I restored them and put the comments back in order. I'm glad there is interest in this article. Removing the tag is fine. Kusma, we can start re-writing the material here and see what we get. Then decide to keep article or merge. Does any one else have a better idea? : ) FloNight talk 11:36, 16 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Currently we don't have any additional verified biographical details about the priest. If that doesn't change and if there's nothing else that's notable about him, I am now favoring a merge to the target I suggested above: I think the incident is worth documenting, not the person.
