Worth pointing out that every single book and source I've consulted always has this family under Payne-Gallwey. It is unclear whether each baronet adopted the Frankland personally later in life, and was born Payne-Gallwey. But that appears to be the case because several baronets have had to go for a Royal licence to add the Frankland. I think therefore that maybe the title page should be adjusted to Payne-Gallwey.
