Death info needed
[edit]This Frank Moss does not appear in the 1850 nor 1890 census for Buckingham, nor the 3 volume list of burials in Buckingham cemeteries. One further complicating factor is that a white man named Frank C. Moss (1829-1873) also lived in Buckingham County. Thus, the accounts allowed to "Frank Moss" in the published Minute Book of the Board of Supervisors in 1872 and 1873 may refer to either man. Since he owned property, it would have to be transferred after his death, even if probate records aren't published for privacy reasons.Jweaver28 (talk) 18:32, 5 February 2017 (UTC)
