A fact from Frank Grouard appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 4 May 2009 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows:

[edit]I just edited a portion that someone had written that said "As a result, Crazy Horse and his entire village were captured, and Grouard's reputation was considerably enhanced. General Crook, in his May 1876 report, stated that invaluable service was rendered by Frank Grouard and his assistants in effecting this capture." What?
I removed any mention of capture of Crazy Horse. Crazy Horse was instrumental in the Battle of the Little Bighorn in June 1876 and was certainly not captured/detained then. Reynold's troops may have burned an abandoned village at the Battle of Powder River in March 1876, but there was no capture. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.18.59.165 (talk) 08:18, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
