Query why neutrality disputed

I've corrected some errors in English. I don't see why it says its neutrality is disputed, however. If there's an issue I think it ought to be stated on the "talk" page, and it doesn't seem to be. Wallace McDonald (talk) 23:22, 7 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
