This article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. I'm dubious as to whether the copyright status of the image is OK, as the author is unknown and did not necessarily die before 1950. A QPQ has been done.
