I deleted the reference to the the mummy of St. Benignus because the monastery does not have a mummy. The figure lying under the altar is a statue. But the reliquary on top does have some of his bones. {Stuart Smith, 8/10/06}
I have started looking for sources for this article other then the obvious source of the Mount St. Sepulchre's own web page. I figured an easy one to find would be the fact it was made a National Historic Monument in 1991. I can't seem to find that information on any RS other then places that either quote Wiki or quote the Franciscan monasteries own site. If it was made one it should be on the National Park Service site or some other site like that but I can't find it. Finally found it. Reason it was hard to find is that it isn't a historic landmark/monument. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. That is a different listing.Marauder40 (talk) 14:13, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
