The subject serves in an official capacity within the government, such as an Ambassador or Administrator.

Even ignoring the fact it was a rejected guideline he was neither an Ambassador nor Administrator. Both positions he held were beneath that role. He held the same powers as an Ambassador (i.e. to exercise the power of the head of state (HMK)) where there was a legation and not an embassy. --Counter-revolutionary 12:19, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
