Remarkable language - one wonders...
[edit]Usually I find articles such as these somewhat grey and dusty - which is natural, since they are to be kept to a standard of measured expressions and reserved enthusiasm. And then I started reading this article, and I found, among other examples, a gem like the following quote: he managed – for a time at least – to reconcile socialism in Britain with feudalism, albeit enlightened and benign, in Greece.
That's a remarkable phrase from an article that, though thoroughly enjoyable, is so far out of my usual experience that I find myself forced to ask the regulars around here whether this article is beyond the limits of what the trusty old Wikipedia is supposed to be... So, reading the article, what say ye ?
