Query re Statehouse Art Rules
[edit]Was the proposal to change the rules about art in the Statehouse? it seems not, but could you clarify? You say the Williard & Bolton plaques would not be in the Statehouse, but does this follow Wikipedia's neutral point of view? Tricia Gilson (talk) 03:42, 9 December 2010 (UTC)
