Updates Needed: CEO Rating and Additional Information
[edit]Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented. |
I'm reaching out on behalf of Fran Horowitz - we are seeking removal of her 2017 annual compensation, as by now, this is outdated information. Additionally, we are requesting removal of her employee approval rating, as the source cited (Comparably) is incredibly misleading – this “approval rating” was gathered from 28 associates (0.7% of our total associate population, which currently stands at 40,000 globally). A more accurate proxy, based on number of participants, may be Glassdoor’s approval ratings. Currently, it has more than 5,000 reviews and lists Fran’s approval at 83%.
Finally, we are happy to provide additional details for Fran’s biography – for example, since 2017, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of SeriousFun Children’s Network, a non-profit corporation that provides specially-adapted camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose (CECP), a CEO-led coalition that helps companies transform their social strategy by providing customized resources.

- Hi Gray92. You need to disclose, either here on your userpage, whether you are being paid and what agency/individual is paying/employing you (if any). I have removed the cite to Comparably for it appears to be a user-generated source, and therefore does not qualify as a reliable source for the purposes of Wikipedia's Biographies of living persons policy. But before I evaluate your remaining edit requests, you need to complete the disclosure requirements. Best, Altamel (talk) 17:49, 19 July 2020 (UTC)
