[edit]Reading this article, I noticed these phrases:
- ...considerably to Bailly's Tribune catholique...
- ...to prove the contrary thesis to Gibbons.
Which Bailly? And which Gibbons?
My guess for Gibbons would be Edward Gibbon, but I could be wrong.
Can anyone shed some light?
And, by the way, which "neo-Catholic movement" are we looking at?
