Types of Professional Ratings
[edit]Do we have a standard for the professional ratings that are going to be listed? "The Daily of the University of Washington" sounds like someone did a whole lot of digging to find that one. Even sugarscape reviews are more legitimate.Hikoghert (talk) 03:48, 19 November 2014 (UTC)
First four albums at No. 1
[edit]One Direction were actually the first ever band to debut at no. 1 in the US with it's first four albums. The Monkees and The Kingston Trio did also achieve no. 1 later but they didn't debut at no. 1, so I think that should be corrected. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Heyitsme2 (talk • contribs) 17:26, 1 December 2014 (UTC)

I would like to point out that the music genres of the album Four include contemporary folk, rock, and alternative. On the Wikipedia page it only says pop. Listen to the album and you will hear that the tracks Fool's Gold, Once In A Lifetime, Ready To Run, and 18 are folk and that the tracks Girl Almighty and Change Your Ticket are most notably alternative. Many of the songs have alternative and rock (rock is most prominent in Clouds) influences/genres rather than just pop.
- Not done we have no interest in listening to the album, or what you claim we will hear, as these are just lay people's PoVs.
We are only interested in what reliable, independent, music critics have stated, - as per the two citations given to support "pop". If you can cite other reliable, independent, music critics, giving different genres, these will be considered - Arjayay (talk) 10:20, 10 November 2015 (UTC)

Request for chart template editing improvement for One Direction's Album "Four (One Direction album)"
[edit]Hello excuse me, can you please fix and improve this template by editing it from this !scope="row"|Croatian Albums (HDU)[1] to this Croatian Albums Chart + (HDU) = (HDU) in the charts template section below please. It is completely reliable and necessary. if you are reading this, please do so okay. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 49.150.6.8 (talk) 11:05, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
References
- ^ "Top of the Shops – službena tjedna lista prodanih albuma u Hrvatskoj" (in Croatian). HDU. Retrieved 1 December 2014.
- One problem with this request is that no template is being used. If you want something linked you need to add the link manually. However (and this is the larger problem), I have removed both the listings to "Croatian Albums" and "Croatian International Albums" as (1) the references cited go to a landing page, not a page with verifiable info, and (2) the Top of the Shops article you want linked does not mention either of these supposed charts by name. And finally, please remember to sign your posts by adding four tildes (
~~~~
) at the end. — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 13:11, 17 November 2021 (UTC)
