[edit]What exactly is this debate? Can you give me a sentence stating something that one would accept and the other would reject?
I've removed these lines, as potentially copyright infringing:
- The Foucault/Habermas debate is a discussion among social and political theorists about which paradigm of critique – Michel Foucault's or Jürgen Habermas's – is philosophically and practically superior, especially with regard to the nature and role of power in contemporary society.
They seem to be lifted directly from the blurb of one of the books mentioned as sources [1]
Also, I don't see much content in this article that couldn't be better covered within articles on Foucault, Habermas, or the topics they cover.
