- To not merge as the entities are distinct, despite Fortenova have acquired many, or most, of Agrokor's assets. Klbrain (talk) 20:32, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
I haven't been able to find enough coverage to establish separate notability for the company under the title Fortenova, these appear to be essentially the same company. signed, Rosguill talk 02:42, 21 July 2019 (UTC)
- Oppose - Fortenova Group is a completely separate entity from Agrokor. Regarding notability, if you search for "Fortenova", "Fortenova Grupa" or "Fortenova Group" in web browser search engines, you'll find plenty of reliable secondary sources about the newly established company (not only domestic and regional media, but also of international broadcasters and news agencies). The only relation to Agrokor is that it came as a product of its bankruptcy and has took most of Agrokor's former subsidiaries.--AirWolf talk 18:50, 30 September 2019 (UTC)
- AirWolf, could you provide some of these sources? I searched online just now, and every source I found still said

Sasin edge (talk) 12:54, 7 February 2020 (UTC)They are different legal entities, the only relation to Agrokor is that it came as a product of its bankruptcy and has took most of Agrokor's former subsidiaries. Furthermore, Agrokor still exists as a company and is still under the Extraordinary administration. For instance see this article:[1]
Fortenova group started operating on 1 Apr 2019 and is a holding company separate from Agrokor. The "formerly known as Agrokor" is just something the journalists use to "explain" to their readers. [2] Sasin edge (talk) 12:54, 7 February 2020 (UTC)
