NRHP

[edit]

I can't find Fort Cascades on the usual sources Elkman Infobox Generator, the less trustworthy NRHP.com, etc. What is its reference number (refnum), NRHP name, and date? I have marked the WP nrhp template "needs-infobox=no." This should be changed back if it is on the NRHP. KudzuVine (talk) 00:31, 3 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hey @KudzuVine!
Remember this from 12 years ago?! Turns out that the NRHP listing for Fort Cascades is incorporated into the overall North Bonneville Archeological District. I've made appropriate changes to the pages involved, but please take a look (if you're interested) and see if anything is missing or could be corrected.
Thanks!

No, I don't recall. But it is good that you found the actual NRHP title as the North Bonneville Archeological District. I cannot find the actual NRHP documentation either. I just end up with the statement that it is not digitized. Without it, we cannot say if the District is just the fort or has more than the fort. It would be nice to tie the Fort to the District in the text. I did find https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:North_Bonneville_AD_NRHP_87000498_Skamania_County,_WA.jpg, which says it is a "North Bonneville Archeological District Pictographic boulder from the inundated Archaeological Site is mounted on the front plaza of the County Courthouse in Stevenson." I don't know if this relates to the Fort. KudzuVine (talk) 23:14, 29 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
