John, who is edit warring to keep his preferred version of this article has accused me in an edit summary of WP:OWNership. That is nonsense (and laughable, given his preference, stated elsewhere, for deferring to "primary authors") . However, his generic description of Anglo Saxon jewellery is of less importance in this article, than the circumstances surrounding the subject itself. The ordering and subheading from my last edit should be restored, or the generic material replaced with a "see also" link to Anglo-Saxon glass from which it was in part copied. The uploader failed to provide any details, other than its location in the British Museum, however, I've run across a similar image of the same object that describes it as the "Fosbrook Pendant" and gives a similar description. Unfortunately, all the links to the British Museum that this page gives as references have gone stale. If someone's watching this page, please check the image out, and if it is a match, feel free to update the article. PoundTales (talk) 07:33, 28 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
