There is not one citation on this page that proves the noteworthiness of the subject. The only actual book is a collection of yoga therapy techniques by yoga journal, the rest are newspaper fluff pieces and Ana Forrest's own book. This does need to be addressed. The tone of the page is very promotional as well, which reflects the cited material. See WP:NPOV, WP:IRS (especially the part about what news articles are usable).
