This article is long and detailed, but in my opinion is not of the standard required to be a Good Article.

I went immediately to the section on foreign policy concerning the United States - one of India's most important relations. There are only two paragraphs. The paragraphs do little more than recite diplomatic visits. Moreover there is nothing from after 2015. The article needs to discuss the substance of India's relations with the US during Modi's tenure, and not the superficial details of visits and the like. It needs to do so by relying less on in-the-moment news sources and more on reputable broad-view coverage from academics and newspapers of record (to pick one example, The Economist is not cited once). My brief review of the other sections of the article suggest that these issues are present throughout the remainder of the article. I therefore don't think that the article meets Good Article Criteria 3 and that it is too far from meeting it to be brought to standard in the Good Article process.
