Could anyone please translate what Pierre is saying in french as he snaps at Crab man when he is being pround of Lance Armstrong?

To the best of my knowledege it is:

"Aaah! Lance Armstrong... But why? Perhaps he is faster with one testicle. There is nothing (?), Vive la France!

My only problem is with "Il n'y a rien". It literaly means there is nothing, as in "Il n'y a rien a voir" (There is nothing to see), or Il n'y a rien d'autre, "There is no other". But in that context it doesn't make a lot of sense so it could be a phrase with its own meaning that I don't understand. Kind of like how non english speakers must feel when they hear something like "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth".
