Variable geometry warp nacelles
[edit]There is no canon on-screen establishment that variable geometry warp nacelles such as those on Voyager were designed to prevent damage to subspace, although behind-the-scenes information does say that. --211.26.178.101 01:14, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
- That's what I remember as well, but I don't know where I read the information. What behind-the-scenes sources can we identify and cite for this? Pat Berry 14:02, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
Not formatted correctly
[edit]I don't know enough about this episode, but it should be formatted with the text box on the left. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Superbowlbound (talk • contribs) 18:54, 17 October 2006
- Page reformatted, with picture. Text boxes go on the right. Wikidenizen 20:16, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Suggestions
[edit]I think the caption should be change to eliminate the repeat of the episode title, we already know what the title is by looking above the picture. I tried an edit but it just made things look silly so I did not finalize it. Also, the talk of Spot's gender surely could go/be moved to Spot's page itself. I'm sure someone can find a way to note how Spot's gender, for lack of a better phrase, first changed in this episode. Lots42 08:53, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
- I have modified the caption as you suggested. And I'm going to delete the Trivia section, which only contains two items, both of which are redundant. One of them is about Spot's gender, which (as you pointed out) is adequately discussed in Spot's own article. The other item simply repeats that a Warp 5 speed limit was established in this episode, which is already mentioned under "Plot". Pat Berry 13:49, 8 July 2007 (UTC)
