Party is paying its protesters?

[edit]

This report by the OSCE implied that the party is paying for people to protest. — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 16:45, 16 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New name

[edit]

@Yulia Romero and YantarCoast: the new name of the party is Opposition Platform-For life. Should we rename the article? --Panam2014 (talk) 16:45, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I say no.... So far Opposition Platform-For life is only "advertised" as a cooperation of different political parties in the 2019 Ukrainian presidential election and the parliamentary election of the same year.[1][2]
Since of the "members" of Opposition Platform-For life only For life can win seats in the parliamentary elections (according to the opinion polling for the Ukrainian parliamentary election, 2019) I assume that before the parliamentary elections all member parties of Opposition Platform-For life will merge into For life who will then change its name to Opposition Platform-For life..... (similar to the Opposition Bloc in the parliamentary election of 2014) But that is thus speculation that does not justify changing Wikipedia articles names.....
I read speculation in the Ukrainian press that Rinat Akhmetov can not get along with enough with the people behind Opposition Platform-For life.... so "his people" will "stay" in Opposition Bloc who then also will get renamed.... Hopefully into 2Pac Shakur party. Since I was disappointed to see that decommunization in Ukraine did not bring us a Tupac Shakur Boulevard. — Yulia Romero • Talk to me! 22:15, 19 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
