The footagevault.com web page displays a notice saying "Footagevault Limited has ceased trading until further notice. Due to ongoing investigations in to the activities of the company officers of Footagevault Limited and possible legal proceedings, the Footagevault website and other associated IT services have been indefinitely suspended.". I am not experienced enough with wikipedia to know how to edit an article in such circumstances, but wanted to bring the situation to your attention.

The new article on Footagevault was added to expand your existing article on Stock Footage which has a list of other companies which supply stock footage at the bottom. These include:
They all have links to seperate articles on them. All I have done by adding a new article about Footagevault is to follow what you are already allowing.
I have tried to respect your guidelines, in not simply promoting it as a company, but writing a more informative piece. Please let me know how I should change it so that it is as acceptable as the other articles on the stock footage companies which you have already permitted.

The article was nominated for deletion because another editor thought it did not indicate the significance of the company. I disagree with this, but it is still unclear whether it has sufficient notability. I've looked at the sources cited in the article; in two of them the coverage is not independent of the subject and the third doesn't mention Footagevault, and I couldn't find anything on the Google news and web searches. snigbrook (talk) 12:48, 17 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
