Blurb for DYK
[edit]Did You Know
...foot calvary was an term of contradictory words combined to describe the rapid movement of infantry troops of General Stonewall Jackson during the American Civil War?
Calvary?
[edit]Hlj moved this from foot calvary to foot cavalry, as cavalry is dudes on horses but calvary is a hill near Jerusalem. Unless this is some weird archaic spelling, I guess the DYK entry should also be fixed. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 11:38, 5 October 2005 (UTC)
Rockfish Gap and Blue Ridge Tunnel
[edit]Why are these in the See also? I'm sure that it was because Jackson used them, but neither article mentions it. --Habap 15:56, 15 March 2006 (UTC)
