The Sidebar for this asserts (with a citation, it must be noted) that this movie was based on a Raold Dahl story, "Mrs. Bixby and the Colonel's Coat". However, the article on that story says that it first appeared three years after this movie was made, and that the Dahl story was based on a well-known joke of the time. Given that both things cannot be true, and that both are cited, I'm not sure how this particular circle can be squared.--Ray Radlein (talk) 06:42, 13 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
