Many thanks for taking this on. Chiswick Chap (talk) 07:09, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Lead
  • Needs to be at least a good para long, covering all the major points.
Done.
  • Would be good to add who Dorothy was
Done.
Context
  • It was there that she began work on the book for which she is best known, Food in England. Shouldn't be unsourced. Take care that "for which she is best known" doesn't look like OR.
Repeated ref.
Approach
  • Maybe wikilink mediaeval?
Done.
  • It switches effortlessly from instructions Sure the source says "effortlessly"?
Said "repeatedly".
Contents
Done.
Reception
  • On its publication in 1954 Maybe this should have been mentioned earlier on in the article (excluding lead)?
Added to Context.
  • Harold Nicolson in The Observer I think it should be "of" and not "in". What I have seen in many articles.
"Of" is for a staff journalist; Nicolson was freelance, and indeed a diplomat.
  • The historian of food Bee Wilson May look a bit like he is the only food historian, why not just "food historian"?
It's the British usage.
General
  • I think Checklinks detects two sources that can use "subscription needed" templates [1]
Stated subscription needed in two places.
  • No dablinks or copyvio
Thanks.

Great, can promote this now. Sainsf (talk · contribs) 09:00, 22 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
