Foggy Bottom is not Foggy Bottom ?
[edit]Said me : is that what the observatory of Foggy Bottom has relation whith Foggy Bottom, one of the oldest late 18th and 19th-century neighborhoods in Washington, D.C. ? Because in the fish upper 6452 Johneuller, he is said, that Thomas J. Balonek had discover this asteroid at Foggy Bottom. What is the relation inter the two ?
