Major Restructuring

[edit]

Hello! I'm a student upgrading this class for a course in macromolecules. I'll leave here a summary of what I've done:

  1. Expanded the applications to include more of the commercially important applications like upholstery and packaging.
  2. Added general information about the structure of polymer foams.
  3. Added sections on the physical properties and classification of different latex foams, and also expanded the creation section with more information on the specific processes used commercially.
  4. Added some relevant figures and images.
  5. Updated the lead to reflect the article changes.

Finally, I'll come back soon and verify the previously existing uncited information. SelectivelyPermeableStudent (talk) 18:36, 21 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
