Contested deletion

I believe this page should not be speedily deleted because, while it's true that the article was previously deleted, I've worked for a year to improve it and I've consulted on several occasions with the administrator who deleted it. Before I restored it, I even checked to confirm that it's a lot better and now meets his/her standards. I don't dispute that it may still have problems, but I don't know what they are. If someone can inform me of the specific problems that remain, I'll be happy to work immediately to fix them. Obviously, if it proves to be impossible to bring the article up to the standards that you set, then I won't dispute deletion for the time being. But I feel that speedy deletion is not the right answer when (1) I did consult with the deleting administrator, (2) I believe it is substantially different from the former version, and (3) I'm willing to at least attempt to fix any issues that remain. Content assessment needed

This page is listed as Start class because it hasn't been assessed since shortly after it was (re)created. It's clearly way past that now and needs an updated rating. I'd do it myself but I've done a huge percentage of the work on the page so I'm mildly biased. Having read the criteria, it's easily C class and, to be honest, I'd personally rate it at B class.
