hello, i am tryng to make an entry here and i saw your post--hope you dont mind if i put my question here--i just find wikipedia so confusing. anyway, i simply wanted to put in the text of the article a reference to the 23-34 94th Street Grocery Store case that went up the Second Circuit. There the Court ruled that NYC's law requiring retailers at point of sale to display graphics on the dangers of smoking was unconstitutional (Abrams, of course, represented the tobacco industry). i have a reference for the case and wanted to add that to fn 8 along w an expansion of the text near where that footnote appears. i couldnt figure out how to do this. is it possible for you to send me an email to [redact] or to call me at [redact]. again, i find this wiki protocol completely overwhelming. i am an attorney and i believe i could make some valuable contributions but yet the whole set up is so complicated it is hardly worth my time . thanks, mike 75.99.90.238 (talk) 20:29, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
