I'm quick failing this article as it doesn't meet several of the criteria.
- The "Flipnote creation" section is unsourced

- These are required to "fave" another Creator, and can also be added to others' Flipnotes. - What the hell is a "fave"

- "Upon its launch, the application's online services suffered from error messages and slowness due to the massive amount of users attempting to use the services." - Unsourced.

- "On November 1, 2013, the Flipnote Gallery: Friends service was discontinued in Japan due to the possibility of underage users sending/receiving "inappropriate content" via the service.
