Notability?

I'm unsure of the notability of Flea Valley. There was definitely a hotel there, likely called Flea Valley House. Below are some references:

[1] - (1863) "citizens of Flea Valley" report that a body was found.
[2], [3] - (1882, 1883) - Flea Valley House was the location of voting.
[4] - (1896) "all the other towns boast a correspondent, except ours"
I did see an article about someone being born at Flea Valley
