changing flag file

Flag of the Omani Empire 1696–1856

Where did this flag come from? I can't find a source for it anywhere. The Arabic wiki just lists the plain red flag for this whole period, and this flag in particular is not featured anywhere for any period at all. If no sources can be found, it should be removed.
