The page says that a blue band crosses the flag from the top-right corner to the bottom-left, but the pictures show it crossing from top-left to bottom-right. The note on the page is a quotation from a newpaper, so it is probably correct; but someone needs to explain why the newspaper is wrong, or when/why the flag changed.
