In Wikipedia, there are naming customs for a place (Example: Casas Adobes, Arizona, Tallahassee, Florida, etc) but the page for El Paso is El Paso, Texas and i'm thinking in moving the page's name to "Flag of El Paso, Texas" Is this relevant?
