Fish?
[edit]As it stands there is nothing here specifically about fish. This is just mortality in general. If there is something specific to say about fish then it should be added. If not, a redirect to mortality rate might be appropriate, although that is mostly about humans. --DanielRigal (talk) 22:12, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
new lead
[edit]I simplified the lead. "Term ... that denotes" is a WP:REFERS problem. It is better to say "Fish mortality is....". The phrase- "the loss of fish from a stock through death" seemed to be a complicated jargon way of saying the fish died. I also disambiguated the other meaning of fish kills with a hatnote. I hope it makes sense now I have explained everything. Bhny (talk) 01:20, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
- No one can argue with your expertise now you "have explained everything". --Epipelagic (talk) 07:41, 15 June 2014 (UTC)
