The result of the move request was: merged to Fiscal gap by ComfyKem. Everybody and the guidelines agree that this title is correct. Favonian (talk) 09:50, 4 August 2013 (UTC)
Fiscal Gap → Fiscal gap – As it stands, both words of the article are capitalized, suggesting it is a proper noun. However, the concept/metric is not a proper name, and therefore both words ought to be lowercase. Should be a simple move, but was not permitted to make the move. - Support move to Fiscal gap. Andrew327 17:51, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Corrected caps from fiscal gap to Fiscal gap. Apteva (talk) 03:26, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
- Comment: Fiscal gap already exists and redirects to Government budget balance. (A previous version of this redirect specifically linked to Fiscal_gap#Structural_deficits.2C_cyclical_deficits.2C_and_the_fiscal_gap; the current redirect may need to be updated as well). Shouldn't this page redirect there as well? SpencerT♦C 20:23, 30 July 2013 (UTC)
- Comment It is impossible to decapitalize the first letter as the actual article title. You need to use the workaround to do that, by styling the title. -- 76.65.128.222 (talk) 02:11, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
- Decapitalizing the first letter is not an article move. It is just an edit to the article. Apteva (talk) 03:26, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
- Support; makes sense to treat it as a common noun. Red Slash 03:47, 31 July 2013 (UTC)
