Name change proposal

[edit]

I propose changing the name of this page from "Finance Court (Germany)" to "Fiscal Court (Germany), in line with the terminology used on the "Information in English" page of the Bundesfinanzhof. Timothy Cooper (talk) 09:19, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ten years later, I acted on your helpful and correct proposal, Timothy Cooper! WatkynBassett (talk) 19:34, 25 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

A dull article of this is not in the Encyclopedia! It seems as if in Germany there are financial courts.

There are two types of financial courts outside the system of Common law. The former are the Court of Audit and / or special financial courts - all countries have adopted the French and Mediterranean systems. The other kind is the fiscal one, and one side is always an honest subject. The German pandectists. Is there something complicated? 88.80.125.193 (talk) 19:09, 4 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
