current tenant(s)?

Who is in the building now? First National Bank eventually became USBank but I don't think they are tenants anymore. Plus, I think the sign itself is a landmark and needs to stay... that is, despite the fact that "1st" does not link to the tenants its needs to stay because the sign is a distinctive part of the skyline. Anyhow, I don't know enough details to assert anything in the article itself, but if someone in the know could add information, that would be great. According to the Star Tribune: "the building was 73 percent leased, with tenants that included the state Department of Employment and Economic Development, Anchor Bank, GE Capital and the Briggs & Morgan law firm."^[1], that was when the building was sold.
