Sectioning
Perhaps separate sub-sections or at least a paragraph or so can be spent on the tactics that public officials use including issuing trespasses, detainment, and possibly a mention (link?) of the requirements necessary to establish probable cause and the articulation of whether or not a crime had been committed or at least what crimes are suspected as having taken place by the LEO(s).
Any sections that can shed light upon why public officials feel threatened by individuals with cameras (though they're everywhere on public property these days) backed up by studies might also be interesting, if such studies have been done. And/or any information on whether this has become a bigger issue (proportionately) as far as the number of cases say before the 9/11 attacks and after, or if such a demarcation coincidentally coincides with the proliferation of digital photography, access to internet video-sharing sites, and recording options available?2603:9000:CF0A:5F00:E0CE:1464:5D72:4320 (talk) 06:39, 3 July 2019 (UTC)
