This might well be mandatory in the USA, and I note that it is categorised under "education policy", but I doubt that this term is world-wide. Similar events may well take place, of course, but not called by the term. It would be interesting to see what other countries call it. Peter Shearan 18:24, 24 August 2006 (UTC)
