Not "notable"?

I'm not sure why. It's a significant-enough software site that's being going for 10 years. They also publish the popular FileHippo Update Checker (freeware). As users must give it permission to check the versions of their installed software, it seems to me that some of them would like to know a bit more about the publisher first. FileHippo App Checker, no updates since 2015 ?
[edit]Not sure if FileHippo App Checker and File Hippo website is actually still valid/not-stale or updated on a regular basis. "Popular Software" shows a bunch of Windows drivers which aren't really popular downloaded software.
