The Fiesta Nightclub "non notable"

The Fiesta night club "non notable". I don`t think so ! Has the proposer actually read the very article he/she is thinking of deleting...... Since Wikipedia isn`t, as far as I`m aware, short of server space, any deletion of any article should be for exceptional reasons, e.g. advertising or grossly inaccurate. This article doesn`t come under that category, not by a long way. Quite apart from anything else if the Fiesta Nightclub page should be deleted the page for The Sheffield Odeon shouldn`t even have been thought of.
The article is cited from a recent book on The Fiesta Nightclub.
Question.
Why anyone would write a book about a "non notable" nightclub ?
Maybe that`s because it is, in fact, notable........
