Removed citation-needed marker

i've removed the citation-needed marker for the sentence where it says that festivalgate is now closed. this isn't a statement up for dispute, it's a fact, and it's quite common knowledge (anyone living in osaka would be aware of this). as it is, i can see festivalgate from my bedroom window and it is indeed closed and the roller coaster is no longer operational. i could look this up on google and find a link to prove it... but i really don't see the need to...
