Foundations II 2020 Group 6 proposed edits
[edit]I would like to improve this wikipedia article by adding more citations and information regarding the fertility medications that are used in clinical practice. These include the names of the medications (both brand and generic). More cited information will be necessary as to the mechanisms of these medications and the safety and efficacy of them using clinical data. L. Liu, Future UCSF Pharm.D. - Almost none of the text added has been adequately wikilinked; please try to remember to link to other articles on the first occurrence. Except for this boatload of primary sources, generally good use of secondary reviews so far! Please keep WP:MEDRS in mind; when secondary reviews are available, there is no reason to add primary sources. Also, keep in mind that words like "also" tend to almost always be redundant, and encyclopedic prose need not be flowery. Also, see MOS:CURRENT-- it does little good in a dynamic environment to use the word "currently", which means nothing a few years down the road. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 02:28, 4 August 2020 (UTC)
Peer Review - UCSF 2020 From Group 5

Hi fellow peer review group! Your article is very well-thought out with good elaboration on what each class of medication does (i.e. mechanism). We liked the use of hyperlinks so that the person reading the article can learn more. We had chance to review your article and wanted to point out a few areas of improvement: In the introduction, the first few sentences are missing some citations. The length of the introduction can be expanded with brief summary of adverse events or a historical section (if you don't plan on adding this section further along). Also, we were wondering what your target audience was? Would it be aimed towards individuals trying to plan for a family or for medical professionals? If the former, the information seems to be difficult to understand and not in lay language.
Some sections you may want to consider adding (per the wiki manual for drugs): contraindications of these class of medications, pharmacology, manufacturing etc. If time permits, maybe consider adding history/societal/cultural information (when they started getting used etc).
